Home sweet home

All's well that ends well! A long and colorful journey to Africa (and Turkey ;-) ) is now over for good and I have been reunited with my family. What a joyful moment to see my kids after a full month away from them. Now it is time to take a break and digest the Kenyan experience and see how to best use the learning it provided. Luckily on holiday this week and time to take a step back....

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of them who enabled me to experience Corporate Service Corps and Kenya. It was an unique and valuable journey in many ways and I will not forget that anytime soon. I feel truly grateful that I was given this great gift. So warm thanks go to....
  • IBM / CSC organization for running this program and selecting me to participate in it
  • DOT for acting as local expert and running the show in the country
  • All my CSC team mates from all around the world for sharing this with me and contributing the experience
  • My family for supporting my decision to take part in it and being away from home for a long time
  • My L&K team (esp. Cecile and Kamila) for covering for me in July
  • Friends and family who supported me and shared the joy and journey
